Contact Tim Boyer (tboyer@timberlakebaptist.org) 48 hours prior to your event with your set up needs (number of chairs, tables, placement, etc.). Include the date and time of your event. Thank you for your help and cooperation in this matter.

A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $125 IS REQUIRED FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS AND IS REFUNDABLE UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE FACILITY CHECKLIST.  PICK UP THE CHECKLIST IN THE CHURCH OFFICE OR AT THE WELCOME CENTER.

CLEAN UP FEE SCHEDULE FOR A NON-CHURCH EVENT:

$50—Church Auditorium (Old Building)

$175—Ministry Center Auditorium

$20/hour—Tech Booth Operations for a Non-Church Event. Contact the Church Office for Details

$125—Refundable Deposit for PRIVATE functions and is refundable upon successful completion of the facility checklist. Pick up the checklist In the church office or at the Welcome Center.

$35 –  Any Sunday School Classroom

$35 – Ministry Center Kitchen

Keys can be returned to Tim or to the Church Office. When returning the vehicle, please pick up and remove trash. In addition, if this vehicle was used for a 'private' event, please fill up with the same amount of fuel as was in the vehicle when you picked it up. You do not need to fuel this vehicle if it was used for a TBC/TCS ministry event.
