- Welcome to 10:31 Student Ministries! As we seek to invest in each one of our families of 6th-12th graders, we will be emphasizing three biblical goals that shape everything we do in ministry:
GATHER - We believe that it is vital to be connected to the body of Christ on a regular basis! That’s why it is important for each student to gather together to worship God with one another. However, "gathering” means more than just attendance. It’s about intentional investment and meaningful fellowship with one another! For the Fall semester, we will meet at 9:15am on Sunday mornings for a series entitled, "I Am: Beholding Jesus." This study will be centered around knowing and loving Jesus more fully as we look at the seven "I Am" statements in the Gospel of John. We also gather together twice a month on Wednesday Nights at different locations. We desire to do this because God has called us to fellowship (1 Cor. 1:9) and to speak the Truth in love to one another (Eph. 4:15)! In addition, we will be gathering for monthly activities, which can be viewed on our "Upcoming Events" tab.
GROW - Let’s be honest. No one drifts into growth in Godliness. We all need the impact of God’s Word to change us from the inside out! We desire to help each student dive deep into God’s Word and learn to love God and obey His Word. This happens as we “taste and see that God is good” (Ps. 34:8) and exhort others daily in the Truth so we are not hardened by the “deceitfulness of sin” (Heb. 3:13).
GO - We are called to be active participants, not casual bystanders! While you are in our student ministry, we want each one to utilize their gifts to equip and encourage the body of Christ and reach out to the world around them with the Gospel of Christ.
Please feel free to check us out on our 10:31 Facebook page where we post all that is going on in our student ministry family!
We also provide various events, service opportunities, and ministry trips designed to engage and provoke one another to love and good works. We would love to have you join us! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to e-mail Pastor Stephen. We look forward to serving you!
